About Fran
Fran Christie knows what it feels like to spend decades going through the motions — capable, hardworking, and quietly aware of a lack of real purpose or financial ease.
Like many families, Fran’s grandparents arrived in Canada from Poland after World War II with nothing. Her parents grew up under very harsh conditions but with a strong work ethic and survival instincts. Fran grew up to understand that same strong work ethic but also a sense of struggle. Like many others today, if she had received “that” money conversation it might have changed everything. A hearing disability limited her career choices — and for thirty five years she did build a career in an industry where she was very successful, but unfulfilled.
It took life’s most significant passages — deep loss, considerable transition, and the courage to look inward — to bring Fran to the work she was always meant to do.
Through the training with Deborah Price and the Money Coaching Institute, Fran discovered a framework that addressed money not as a mathematical or budget problem but as a deeply human one. That framework changed her own relationship with money — not because she suddenly earned more, but because she finally understood what had been running beneath the surface all along.
